Mindfulness for Managers

Adapted from the world-renowned Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme, this is a 4-week introduction programme (4 weekly sessions of 120 minutes each) that combines experiential training, teacher-led meditation exercises and action-learning discussions to support participants in developing a sound mindfulness practice. Homework assignments of daily meditation practices lasting 10-15 minutes will also be assigned. Training materials and audio files will be provided. This course suited for anyone who would like to develop a personal mindfulness practice to improve their productivity, personal effectiveness, resilience and overall well-being.
